A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairmont Château Laurier for the Conference. Fairmont Rooms are available at the rate of $199.00 for a single or double, Fairmont Rooms with a View are available at the rate of $219.00 and Fairmont Deluxe Rooms are available at the rate of $249.00, plus taxes. Room rates are subject to Provincial Hotel Room Tax of 5%, GST of 6% and a Destination Marketing Fee of 3%.

There are two ways to reserve your room. By telephone, please use the Fairmont’s Global Reservation system by calling 1-800-441-1414 In order to qualify for the special group rate, please refer to the Conference in full as the "Canadian Association of Law Libraries" or as CALL7.

If you follow links from the Fairmont’s main web-site to the Reservation System, our code for the online reservation system is GRCAL1.

We encourage you to use the Global Reservation system in preference to calling the Hotel in Ottawa directly, as there are only two local operators who are busy with registering guests at the counter.
