While visiting Ottawa for the CALL Conference, take advantage of the sites and attractions; go for a boat cruise down the Rideau Canal or take a ride on a steam-train to Wakefield in the Gatineau Hills. The Conference coincides with the opening of the Ottawa Tulip Festival on May 4, 2007. Expect an explosion of tulips, outdoor concerts and fireworks just for us. Many events take place in Major’s Hill Park, just behind the Fairmont Château Laurier.
