Where to Find English Translations of Cases

02 Feb 2015 1:42 PM | National Office (Administrator)

The CALL listserv often has messages from people looking for English translations, in particular for Quebec judgments written in French.

A little more than a week ago, Lyonette Louis-Jacques published a post on Slaw.ca that outlines how to find case translations from many jurisdictions.

Her article is divided into sections on:

  • the use of Google tools
  • general sources
  • case translations by country
  • case translations by courts
  • case translations by subject
